What requirements do I need to join?
A valid driver’s license from your relevant state of residence within Australia.
Are there any extra hidden costs?
The only extra costs apart from subscription costs are our establishment fee and a risk holding fee. We’ll never surprise you with unexpected costs!
Is there any flexibility in when I make my subscription payments?
Yes – you can choose to pay your subscription in weekly, fortnightly or monthly installments.
Can I drive as many kilometres as I like?
Each subscription plan has a kilometre limit – choose your subscription plan according to how many kilometres you expect to drive each week.
Are all the cars brand new?
Yes – Australian Car Subscriptions only deals with brand new vehicles.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No – you can choose how long you want to subscribe to a vehicle.
How often can I change vehicles?
There are no limits on how often you can change vehicles. Should your requirements change, we’ll accommodate them with another brand new car to suit your needs.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes – that’s the beauty of a car subscription: no long-term lock-in commitment!
